ProphecAI provides an AI-powered application builder that generates code based on natural language descriptions. The service includes automatic error detection and repair, and optional blockchain verification on the Base network.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated code may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before production use.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and any modifications you make to generated code.

Code generated by ProphecAI is provided under a permissive license — you may use, modify, and distribute it freely.

The ProphecAI brand, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

ProphecAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be retained as required by applicable law.
